Customer Support Agent (100% Remote-Contract)

CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT (REMOTE) Contract l 40 hrs... • Must have flexible schedule - Monday - Friday l 8hr shift between 7AM-8PM (Plus occasional Sundays)* Qualifications: • 1-2 years of call center experience • 1 year of customer service experience • Baseline ability to 10-key by touch (industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement) • 40 WPM – Will be tested • Must have flexible schedule - Monday - Friday l 8hr shift between 7AM-8PM (Plus occasional Sundays) • Highschool Diploma Job Duties: Will be dealing with questions from retailers. (Other stores about their orders) will be taking in 25-30 calls a day. Take in claims requests. Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external customers. • Provide customers with basic pricing, discounts, billing and shipping information. Assists with outbound call campaigns provided from CC Logistics team. • Research and resolve problems with orders and claims. • Populate data and participate in workflow processes reputed company customer experience Relationship Management (CRM) or other equivalent system, • Company business systems and other established department systems. • Support department leadership with dashboard statistics. • Completes reputed company records, reports and documentation as assigned. • Resolve questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously utilizing the company CRM or other equivalent system for issue tracking and resolution reporting. • reputed company management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
