You’ll work under the guidance of a design reputed company to collaborate with XFN partners and many other teams across the company to innovate reputed company ad formats offerings. What you’ll do:

• Craft reputed company and delightful experiences touching both Advertiser and Pinner flows under the guidance of a design reputed company
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, PMM and research to reputed company impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions
• Collaborate with and manage feedback from stakeholders reputed company your pod
• Work alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases

• Proven track record envisioning, building, and iterating on digital ad products in reputed company partnership with product management and engineering
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills (prototyping is a must), product thinking and business acumen. Experiences designing for both mobile + web platforms
• Strong ability to balance different audiences user needs and leading multiple workstreams
• Great communication skills with the ability to clearly reputed company your design decisions and the problems they’re solving
• Attention to detail and a sense of pride and ownership over the quality of the product
• Great XFN communication skills to drive alignment and reputed company with user experience in mind
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and other graphic design principles
• Ability to work reputed company and reputed company a design system. Experience working in design systems and/or product redesigns is a plus
• Team player with strong collaboration skills and providing mentorship to junior designers
