QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in growth Marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and paid advertising. • Experience with A/B testing, Marketing automation tools, and Data Analytics platforms (reputed company Analytics, CRM systems, etc). • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative in a fully remote setting. • Adaptability: You must be quick to adjust marketing strategies based on performance data and changing market conditions. • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
