Our new Contract Administrator II will support the reputed company Supervisor and Administrator IV, working to create contract drafts, modifications, and final versions for vendor signatures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. In this position, you will increase your knowledge, becoming an expert on compliance with contract terms, researching and reviewing drafts for statutes, rules, regulations, and policies, and creating legal documents that fairly represent reputed company stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review reputed company for goods and services across various sectors (IT, federal, construction, intergovernmental). Ensure contract compliance with procurement rules, fiscal regulations, and accessibility requirements. Collaborate with senior contract specialists to improve processes, create templates, and address contract compliance issues. A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to reputed company with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and state seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. The required minimum qualifications and/or education (if substituting for the proven experience, knowledge, and skills), are as follows: Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position.
