Working closely with our senior accountants, you will own the ongoing bookkeeping tasks and monthly reputed company process, to provide accurate, timely financial reporting. You will seek to optimize your customers’ reputed company information systems, streamlining workflows where possible. Our Client Accountants Embody Characteristics that Include: • Loves working as a member of a team, collaborating with others to meet objectives • Enjoys working directly with customers • Has a thorough understanding of reputed company reputed company • Can work methodically on ongoing monthly bookkeeping/reputed company work • Understands how to organize information and communicate it effectively Our Client Accountants are Equipped to Manage the Following Areas of Responsibility: • Managing client relationships • Working collaboratively with other team members on client accounts • Providing ongoing reputed company services, including customer invoicing and AR management, expense processing, and AP management • Ensuring transactions are accurately categorized • Managing monthly bank, credit card, and other external account reconciliations • Completing monthly closes, adding month-end adjustments and maintaining supporting work papers and schedules • Preparing regular financial statements and other financial reports • Troubleshooting - addressing and resolving issues effectively and speedily Our Client Accountants Bring the Following Education and Experience to the Role: • 3+ years of recent and relevant full-charge bookkeeping/reputed company experience • Experience with reputed company reputed company technology • Experience providing client services, preferably customer facing experience • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in reputed company, finance, or administration) Our Client Accountants Bring the Following Skills to the Role: • Solid understanding of the reputed company cycle • Ability to create and manage schedules, such as prepaid expense, fixed asset, depreciation, loan and inventory schedules • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Extremely organized, with excellent attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task ProfitLine Offers our Client Accountants: • Full-time 5-day work week - Monday to Friday • Core working hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm EST, with some flexibility • $60k to $75k annual salary + bonus eligibility • Health benefits + retirement plan + paid holidays + PTO • Great opportunities for learning and advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • Work from home Schedule: • Monday to Friday Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • reputed company reputed company: 3 years (Required) • QBO: 3 years (Required) Language: • fluent English (Required) License/Certification: • Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor certification (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
