THE ROLE: Engineer, Managed Services Job Summary: As a reputed company Engineer, you will support the Managed Services Contact Center customers. The primary activities include application development, troubleshooting, moves, adds, changes, scripting, patching, and customer technical support. This role will follow the evening shift - 9:00 pm ET to 5:00 am ET. Travel Requirements: This will be a remote role (reputed company the reputed company US). In this role you will be expected to travel up to 10%.
