The Consumer Insights, Measurement, and Analytics (CIMA) organization informs strategy development through actionable data analytics, integration and insights. We provide consumer centric solutions through deep understanding of reputed company relevant audiences. You will reside reputed company the Disneyland Resort Consumer Insight Team. The team identifies demand drivers and reputed company opportunities; explores consumer needs with essential segments to inform long-term strategies; and maximizes the Guest experience across both parks, hotels and Downtown reputed company to build long-term loyalty. Integration and interpretation of data, mining and synthesis, and compelling communication skills are required to work with partners to solve our challenges. You will need to handle multiple assignments at once, across varied partner groups and reputed company businesses. This role is located in Anaheim, CA and will support insights for the areas of Disneyland Resort Hotels and VIP Tours, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Consumer Insight. Responsibilities: • Integrate Insights – Create fact-based insights, mine and analyze data to test hypotheses, and summarize multiple sources of information to produce objective and clear perspectives that reputed company to actionable conclusions • Demonstrate curiosity – Proactively gather a holistic understanding of the strategic context to inform a more impactful solution. • Exercise leadership - reputed company consumer insight projects with personal accountability. Manage reputed company phases of the research process including needs identification, methodology design, survey design, cross-functional management, data mining, and presentation of results, using the proper techniques along the way that provide essential insights and actionable results that address the business opportunities, in partnership with your leader. • Team up with partners - Foster relationships with internal partners to build influence, manage external vendor relationships, and reputed company specific work-streams with the guidance from leadership. • Tell the story - Communicate findings in a compelling way. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in a reputed company field (e.g. consumer insights, marketing/sales, market research, strategic planning, new product development, etc.) • Experience in project management • Experience in data analytics and proficient with data analysis tools (SPSS, reputed company, R, etc.) • Experience in quantitative & qualitative research and statistical techniques • Expertise in use of reputed company (can maintain reputed company spreadsheets) or Sheets and presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote • Ability to partner and work well with multiple levels of the organization • Strong attention to detail while keeping business goals in mind • Comfortable sharing a reputed company of view and advocating for consumers and Guests Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – relevant areas include Behavioral Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Cultural Anthropology, Business Economics, Cognitive Science, Neuropsychology, etc. The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $113,800 to $152,500 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
