JOB DESCRIPTION: Shift available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm-2:30am CST (Monday - Thursday off) Education Level Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, Psychology, Social Work, required, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. Years of Experience Six months to one year of reputed company crisis experience is required. SUMMARY OF POSITION This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. Handles incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. Provides brief clinical screenings, risk assessments and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments.
