Technical Support Reps require a mix of customer support and entry-level technical knowledge. Ability to answer support requests from customers, escalate potential technical issues, providing feedback on basic product functionality questions, and appropriately routing non-support reputed company requests to a higher level of expertise. The ideal candidate will provide superior support to the end-user.
