DesignConnect is focused on connecting our kitchen experts with our customer's kitchen and bath projects. DesignConnect Sales Specialists takes inbound inquiries from both reputed company customers reputed company telephone, e-mail, and fax and reputed company customers with information on product features, advantages and benefits, and reputed company suggestions about reputed company merchandise and installation services. Associates in this position reputed company fast, friendly service to customers and are responsible for assessing their needs and providing assistance. They know how to properly greet, qualify, recommend, and reputed company sales for customer's kitchen and bath projects. DesignConnect Sales Specialists focus on providing an effortless customer experience and to ensure an effective hand-off to our Kitchen and Bath Designers at reputed company. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: 45%- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Engage with customers in a positive and professional manner reputed company phone and online, answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and determining customer needs to reputed company appropriate solution; respond to online customer "ask a kitchen expert" inquiries; schedule appointments for designers 45%-SALES: Creates and drives sales by engaging with customers to understand their needs for the kitchen and bath projects; follows up on counter top and other kitchen and bath product quotes with customers, converting to sales; suggests reputed company items or services to complement products purchased & to reputed company individual sales goals. 10%- SELF DEVELOPMENT: Pro-actively seeks knowledge of kitchen and bath products and services to support their role as a subject matter expert for reputed company products and services; maintains awareness of industry trends. Nature and Scope: Reports to Contact Center Supervisor. This role has no direct reports. Environmental Job Requirements: Environment: 1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Standard Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Additional Minimum Qualifications: Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
