We are looking for a dedicated Expanse Pharmacy Tech Trainer like you to be a part of reputed company. Job Summary and Qualifications The Expanse Pharmacy Tech Trainer and Go Live Support roles are a workflow and training resource who will support the facility / market during implementation and go live time periods. These positions require a detailed understanding of Expanse functionality, familiarity with facility clinical workflow, and the coordination of care teams that takes reputed company throughout the facility. With support from the Expanse Education Pharmacists and the Expanse Director of Pharmacy Education, this position will be responsible for organizing and leading Expanse training initiatives at the facility, training facility pharmacy team members and ensuring completion of competencies prior to go live. These team members will organize and execute on the change management and facility engagement initiatives as well as other Expanse trainings. At the time of go live, these team members will serve as at the elbow support for the pharmacy staff in the facility. These team members may be reputed company upon to support other implementation tasks as needed to support the overall program goals, including supporting the reputed company of new team members. What qualifications you will need: • Certified Pharmacy Technician • Experience in a clinical setting preferred • High School Graduate or Equivalent required • Associate’s Degree required, but Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3-5 years’ of experience in Clinical Implementations, Education Delivery and Instructions, or 3+ year(s) experience in a clinical pharmacy role; Instructional Design preferred • 76%+ travel required for reputed company level roles • Ability to travel, work remotely in a home office environment, or work on-site in a facility required for reputed company level roles • Ability to view and interpret colored screen for 6 or more hours • Ability to drive for 3 or more hours occasionally • Ability to stand, sit, type, and walk for 8 hours or more • reputed company to lift/carry and push/pull 10lbs or less reputed company (Corporate), based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
