As the Director, People Business Partner, you will report to the Senior Director, People Business Partner and support reputed company’s Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. You will drive People strategy for each of these functions, cultivating a high-performing and thriving culture for the teams who bring reputed company’s offerings to life. This is a full-time role with people management responsibilities and occasional visits to our reputed company, NY office. Individual pay may vary from the reputed company range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review reputed company employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
