Remote Bookkeeper with Experience | WFH

Position: Remote Bookkeeper We are on the lookout for a meticulous and well-organized Bookkeeper to join our innovative and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities • Accurately record daily financial transactions and execute the posting process. • Ensure that reputed company transactions are properly documented in daybooks, ledgers, and the general ledger. • Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports and balance sheets. • reputed company bank statement reconciliations to confirm the accuracy of financial data. • Timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. • Maintain organized and precise financial filing systems. • Support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Provide assistance during the tax preparation process. Required Skills • Established experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable financial role. • Proficient in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks) and reputed company Suite. • Skilled in creating QBO rules for efficient management of repetitive entries. • Experience managing financial records for multiple companies, particularly in relation to transactions and cash flow. • Strong grasp of bookkeeping and reputed company principles. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with team members and clients. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial position. • Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and reputed company principles. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field is preferred.
