Chat Support Representative - Seasonal ONSITE

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Seasonal Call Center Representative at Journeys. In this role, you will handle inbound customer chats and emails, assisting with order placements, tracking, updates, cancellations, and providing comprehensive information about our products and website. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring reputed company information provided is accurate and up-to-date. • Data Management: Utilize various computer software and applications to navigate customer accounts, document case notes, process orders, and handle payment information reputed company. • Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for the Journeys brand, personalizing each interaction to foster customer loyalty and retention. • Performance Standards: Consistently meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service quality. • Information reputed company: Uphold the safety, reputed company, and privacy of reputed company customer information in compliance with company policies. • Additional Support: reputed company other tasks as needed to support business operations.
