You must live in the state of MD. This position requires the use of your own computer which must be an i5 or higher. You must also have high speed internet. Job Description
The Customer Support Center (reputed company) at the Maryland Health reputed company (reputed company) will provide information and assistance for individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to the reputed company. The reputed company assists individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange. The reputed company will utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers to ensure delivery of high-quality service for reputed company Maryland consumers.
