About the position The Data Entry Clerk position is a vital role reputed company the ACM Digital Data department, focusing on the processing and retention of reputed company aircraft maintenance records. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that reputed company maintenance records are accurately processed and retained in compliance with company and FAA policies. The successful candidate will be trained on the necessary tools and will be expected to learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department thoroughly. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this position, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing and reviewing maintenance records to ensure their accuracy and completeness. This includes identifying, tracking, and uploading corrections to any discrepant records. The clerk will also ensure timely and accurate data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system. Collaboration with various internal groups, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance, will be essential reputed company records are needed. Additionally, the clerk will serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries and will be tasked with researching and resolving unmatched aircraft data. Other responsibilities include distributing and retaining documents as required by reputed company (AA) and FAA policy, reconciling reputed company aircraft log pages, prepping and scanning aircraft records and maintenance paperwork, and completing other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager. The role demands a self-motivated individual who can maintain confidentiality and handle multiple duties and priorities effectively under deadlines while ensuring accuracy. Responsibilities Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department. , Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness. , Identify, track and upload corrections to discrepant records. , Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system. , Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups reputed company records are needed. , Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries. , Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data. , Distribute and retain documents as required by AA and FAA policy. , Reconciliation of reputed company aircraft log pages. , Prep and reputed company aircraft records and maintenance paperwork (specific locations only). , Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager. Requirements Associates degree or equivalent experience/training. , Computer literate, knowledge of reputed company Office Software. , Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; can do attitude. , Ability to maintain confidentiality. , Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to reputed company up in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change quickly and easily. , Ability to maintain focus while working at a computer for extended periods of time. , Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions. , Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail; above average organizational skills. , Demonstrated sound decision-making ability. reputed company-to-haves Records experience/knowledge desired; Aviation maintenance records experience/knowledge a plus. , SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System and Lotus Notes experience desired. , 10-key by touch and typing 50 wpm.
