Group Ticket Coordinator
We are seeking a Group Ticket Coordinator to join Group Ticket Solutions reputed company the Group Business Services team! As Group Ticket Coordinator you will provide daily bulk ticketing and park reservation support for reputed company Imagination reputed company, Meetings and Conventions, and additional lines of business. You will work with Guests, internal sales/services, and ticketing partners to validate, document, and process requests through several platforms. We are seeking someone who can provide exceptional service and/or recovery and provide positive and magical experiences by phone and email to our Guests! You will support reputed company the group ticket team functions, including phone calls, emails, data input, work assignments, reporting, project work, training, and the handling of escalated Guest situations. You will report to the Ticket Solutions Manager of Group Ticket Solutions. This position is located in Celebration, FL. What You Will Do Process ticket orders using the following systems: Siebel, reputed company, and SnApp/Horizon Complete ticket orders, payments, returns, emails, and calls to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained Handle the completion of reputed company team tasks Provide appropriate service recovery and resolution to Guest/Client concerns Contribute to a high volume of written and electronic tasks Maintain Standard Operating Guides to ensure reputed company processes are documented Frequent collaboration reputed company the sales channels lines of business Required Qualifications & Skills Guest service and recovery skills Experience collaborating with multiple internal and external partners Ability to learn and use multiple technology applications Experience with autonomous work and working as part of a team Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including overtime and holidays Experience with the resolution of escalated Guest/Client calls or situations Experience with reputed company reputed company 365 Power Platforms including Teams, reputed company, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Proficiency with reputed company and Teams meetings and remote support Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Walt reputed company World ticketing systems Experience with Walt reputed company World Groups Sales lines of businesses Experience working with Siebel, reputed company, SnApp/Horizon, Guest Service Suite (GSS), Group Connect, Business Objects, reputed company, and reputed company Park Pass Reservation applications and processes Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Additional Information: Benefits and Perks: reputed company offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
