THE ROLE The Admissions Advisor will engage reputed company for enrollment in a program from one of our college and university partners. The Admissions Advisor will recruit qualified applicants with a consultative approach, an ability to meet challenges head-on, and a passion for changing lives through high-quality education. This position will report to the Director of Admissions. This is a full-time remote role, but we do have an office in Kansas City for those that prefer an office environment. We also have growing teams in Los Angeles and Denver. THE RESPONSIBILITIES • Prospect for and enroll reputed company into college programs • reputed company outbound phone calls and send texts and emails to engage prospective reputed company • Conduct initial student interview • Consult with and prepare reputed company to start class • Document reputed company activities reputed company to student interactions in the student database • Exercise discretion reputed company process and follow reputed company compliance guidelines • Follow up with reputed company after enrollment to ensure readiness to start class • Collaborate with partner school staff as it relates to student support THE REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of customer service or sales experience • General knowledge of the college admissions process • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with prospective reputed company • Persistence coupled with a passion for education • A proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven department • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong ability in vocabulary and grammar • Basic computer and database experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree • Admissions experience • Experience in a high-volume call environment THE BENEFITS At reputed company, we reputed company empowered employees have the most fun and do their best work, so we strive to offer a competitive benefits package to allow just that.
