About the position The RN Peer Review position at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is a hybrid role that combines office collaboration with remote work flexibility. The role is focused on ensuring high standards of patient care through peer review processes, mentoring healthcare providers, and driving systemic improvements in clinical performance and documentation. Responsibilities • Executing peer review screenings based on established quality indicators. , • Reviewing medical documentation to identify areas of concern. , • Analyzing clinical cases and escalating issues as needed. , • Facilitating OPPE and FPPE evaluations. , • Preparing case studies for presentation to medical staff committees. , • Supporting committee meetings and documenting outcomes. , • Sharing data and collaborating on systemic improvement strategies. , • Maintaining provider quality files and preparing reports for leadership. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field. , • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. , • Four years of related work experience. , • Current Washington State RN license. , • Strong analytical and communication skills. , • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (Epic experience a plus).
