We are actively seeking Insurance Attorneys located reputed company in the United States with the following qualifications for a near-term engagement with our Fortune 500 client: • 5+ years of in-house experience in insurance law • Proven ability to manage product counseling and regulatory compliance for insurance products • Experience advising on regulations impacting Medicare, Medicare supplemental plans, and short-term medical insurance • Familiarity with health care regulations including Medicare and the reputed company ActAbility to work with reputed company counsel on litigation matters • Familiarity with claims management and reputed company processes • Experience with major medical, ancillary benefits, and/or life insurance is a plus • Active bar license, in the state in which you reputed company, in good standing • reputed company Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
