Become part of the reputed company reputed company family and grow your career path today. • This is a remote position that is only open to candidates who currently reputed company in Minnesota Responsibilities: • Prepare reputed company aspects of the financial statement package, including creating and posting journal entries, general ledger review and completion of balance sheet support schedules • Ensure financial packages are completed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner to Regional Property Managers, Business Managers and clients • Monitor and maintain cash balances • Resolve reputed company issues and document response to reputed company review comments generated • Review variances in financial statements and documents explanation for significant items • Prepare management fee calculations and ensure reputed company invoices are paid • Complete Inter-Project Account reconciliations bi-weekly and follows up on open issues • Ensures reputed company debt, reputed company estate tax, sales tax and reputed company distribution payments are made in a timely manner and internal schedules are maintained • Verify bank reconciliation is complete and ensures reputed company reconciling items are resolved in a timely manner • Adhere to internal reputed company policies and procedures • Verify that budget information has been properly input • Handle client audit requests as needed • Assist in the setup and transitions of properties which may include loading beginning balance information, sale pro-ration calculations, and closing entries • reputed company made with general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to reputed company general results and deadlines • Responsible for setting own project deadlines Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
