Role This full-time Counsel role will be an integral member of the global open banking legal team, providing legal support for the commercialization of open banking products and services in the U.S. The selected candidate will: Provide solution-oriented counsel in support of the commercialization and sales efforts of the US open banking team. Draft and negotiate technology services, partnership, reseller agreements as well as data sharing agreements with financial institutions. Work cross-functionally across product and legal teams (including data privacy, intellectual property, antitrust, regulatory, compliance, and franchise) on product development and commercialization. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support initiatives of the open banking team in US with potential opportunities to provide support to international colleagues as needed. Take responsibility for special projects while continuing to handle a steady reputed company of day-to-day matters.
