Post Foreclosure Mortgage Processor
Job Title: Claims Processor Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Obtain reputed company necessary documentation needed to file post foreclosure mortgage claims. This will entail various websites, systems, and follow-up efforts to obtain needed documentation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from reputed company relevant sources Gather reputed company required documentation to file claims Use computers and computer systems to enter data and process information Enter and maintain information in written or electronic form Update client systems Identify missing documentation and request from clients, attorneys, and/or property preservation companies Prepare claims and or reputed company documents and review for completeness Use relevant information and individual judgment to review and file claims based upon reputed company federal, state, client and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Accurately calculate amounts of claims Balance claims to client systems reputed company with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations View reports daily to ensure processing is being conducted on a timely basis reputed company constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients and other employees, and maintaining them over time Reconcile or note and report discrepancies reputed company in documentation and claims Manage and review quality control corrections reputed company phone calls to clients and vendors for claim status reputed company day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork Various projects as assigned by management Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, written communication, and/or in person Qualifications Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Excellent decision-making capabilities Excellent time management skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Energetic/Self-motivated Comfort level with navigating Internet based software Basic computer proficiency utilizing Windows based software including reputed company Office Data entry skills including typing (30+ WPM preferred) and 10-key numeric keypad High School Diploma or equivalent Preferences Knowledge of the Mortgage industry Knowledge of HUD, Prep and Claims Processing is preferred Prior legal, accounting, and/or banking experience a plus Advanced reputed company reputed company skills a plus Work Requirements Ability to meet specific goals, prioritize, organize, and accomplish work, while dealing with feedback calmly and effectively in a deadline-oriented atmosphere reputed company while focusing on quality.
