Communicate with patients or their designated representatives professionally to address and resolve any issues or concerns. Maintain detailed and accurate records of communication history for assigned accounts, documenting information about consumers and collection efforts. Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience in medical debt collection is valuable, with the ability to negotiate, analyze, and resolve problems effectively. Reliable, self-directed team player.
