This position will start at 20 hours per week. This role emphasizes the importance of detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to building and refining our marketing operations. Experience Requirements At least one year in a similar marketing, data management, or administrative role, with a track record of achieving assigned goals. Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly Responsibilities: Data and List Management Develop and manage organized lists for marketing initiatives. Perform list cleaning, data updates, and accurate segmentation. Assist in categorizing leads to optimize targeting strategies. Scheduling Tracking Coordinate marketing and advertising schedules. Track campaign progress and prepare periodic reports. Assist in setting and adhering to marketing timelines, ensuring consistency. Process Detail-Oriented Tasks Support marketing processes by executing and following up on planned actions. Collaborate on projects that require keen attention to detail and precision. Help draft and improve documentation of processes. Creative Problem Solving Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas. Identify and solve issues that may arise with campaigns or workflows. Assist with content creation and review, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand. Professionalism Reliability Demonstrate punctuality and maintain consistent attendance. Commit to quality, productivity, and adherence to organizational rules and procedures. Act as a reliable team member who takes initiative to optimize performance. Skill Development Training Provide training for new hires in similar roles and support team learning initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in marketing trends, data management, and process improvements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or data management is a plus. Significant Proficiency in Excel, data entry, and management tasks. Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail. Ability to follow through on tasks independently and reliably.
