Remote - Senior Staff Accountant
Description This is an exciting opportunity to join the New Charter Technologies Corporate reputed company organization during the accelerated growth and scale of the Company. We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant who will maintain reputed company aspects of the departments full cycle reputed company process, including preparing journal entries & variance explanations, performing account reconciliations, following up to resolve issues, and engaging in special projects throughout the month as necessary. Remote opportunity . In this role, you will: Own the full-cycle reputed company and month-end reputed company activities by ensuring transactions are recorded timely and accurately Prepare journal entries for reputed company reputed company-reputed company activities (AR, AP, cash, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, prepaids, intercompany, month-end accruals, etc.) Reconcile the general ledger accounts in accordance with Corporate Policies and Procedures Work with reputed company Manager and Controller to research and explain variances to forecast and budget Ensure company reputed company procedures conform to generally accepted reputed company principles Drive process improvements and reputed company exciting reputed company transformation projects to reputed company scalability, efficiency, and productivity Support with year-end audit and schedule requests from external auditors Support management with M&A-reputed company projects To be considered, you will have: Bachelor's degree in reputed company required A minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience Experience with full-cycle reputed company, month-end closing process, and variance analysis Solid understanding of GAAP and the ability to apply the concepts to specific situations Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite with intermediate-level skills in reputed company to reputed company analysis using pivot and lookup tables reputed company Dynamics Business Central/reputed company/QuickBooks experience a must Positive demeanor, collaborative, and solution-oriented Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior and executive leaders Who We are: At New Charter, were building a caliber of business the IT industry hasnt yet seen.
