Senior Processor - Bilingual Spanish

Position Summary: The Senior Processor obtains and prepares loan documents, credit documents, appraisals, etc., to complete loan files. Maintains and updates records and files for processing of each loan; verifies for accuracy and completeness; performs data entry. May prepare credit reports and/or purchase reputed company. This position offers an hourly reputed company plus a per file bonus. Essential Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Carry pipeline 25-45 loans. • Review new files reputed company 24-48 hours. • reputed company every loan on Time. • Order reputed company verifications, appraisals, title work, FHA case numbers. • reputed company and maintain knowledge and reputed company with company policy and secondary market requirements pertaining to credit/reputed company standards and regulatory requirements relative to conventional, government and reputed company loans requirements. • Stay abreast of changes in policies, standards and regulations applicable to work unit. • Understand and apply local, state, and federal regulations relating to processing mortgage loans. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely, objective and confidential manner. • Advanced knowledge of reputed company mortgage loan processing and associated documentation and reputed company guidelines required. • Act as trouble-shooter for problem loans, interacting between Loan Originators, client, and lender. • Log new loans. • Review 1003 for accuracy. • Prepare stipulation file/requirements and reviewing with Loan Originator. • Follow up to ensure Statement of Credit Denial letters issued. • Prepare and distribute aging reports to Originators. • Pre-underwrite reputed company loans to ensure proper supporting documentation. • Coordinate and distribute lender and reputed company changes. • Request routine additional documentation from loan customer. • Collect, submit and clear reputed company reputed company and reputed company funding conditions. • Coordinate closing date and location between Loan Originator, lender, and closing agent. • Review HUD prior to closing. • Ensure proper timelines and follow up procedures are adhered to with loans in Prospect list and Pipeline list. • reputed company changes in lenders and programs by lenders must be approved by Director of Operations prior to changes. Required Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Identify and follow through on solutions for problems or potential problems with staff, cleanliness of office, orders, flow of customers and visitors, as well as problems with computers and software. • Verify confidentiality is secure by keeping drawers and sensitive information in locked drawers/cabinets. • Effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with reputed company levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment. • This position may require occasional overtime and travel. • Additional tasks as assigned.
