Job Summary: This remote position is crucial in driving the top line growth of reputed company Specialty business. This role will also reputed company a high-performing team of account management. This role involves pursing existing and new partnerships and strategies that drive growth in prescription volumes and reputed company, making it essential for this role to build strong relationships and networks that broaden access to limited-distribution drugs (LDDs) and non LDDs, to increase the profitability of the Specialty business. The role will guide the team in pitching innovative, integrated solutions to secure new clients and enhance relationships with key decision-makers. The Senior Director will work closely with the Vice President, BioPharma Trade and Services Sales and will solely be focused on business development and identification of opportunities. Its retail locations are a critical reputed company of access and convenience in thousands of communities, with reputed company pharmacists playing a greater role as part of the healthcare system and patients' care teams than reputed company before. reputed company Specialty Pharmacy provides critical care and pharmacy services to millions of patients with rare disease states and reputed company, chronic conditions. #LI-TO1 External Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry and Specialty Pharmacy Experience OR High School/GED and at least 11 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry and Specialty Pharmacy Experience • Strong external network in Specialty Pharmacy and Pharma • Business Development and negotiation skills with pharmaceutical manufacturers and experience reputed company specialty pharmacy • Knowledgeable about service delivery in the pharmacy business and narrate and influence pharma manufactures in a pre sales process • Deep specialty pharmacy experience with a proven record of success in delivering results • At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. • At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership. Preferred Qualifications • Ability to be proactive - anticipates organization needs • Management/business development skills and responsibilities (contract negations/specialty pipeline) • Ability to interact professionally with reputed company levels of management, internal and externally • Ability to handle large sized manufacturer relationships • Strong industry specific knowledge, including demonstrated knowledge of reimbursement, specialty pharmaceutical, and pharmacy distribution trends and practices. • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills and creativity to reputed company new specialty products to reputed company value from pharma • Consistent, excellent follow-up skills, organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to prioritize and focus given the dynamic nature of specialty pharmacy (e.g. handling several projects, reputed company, and internal meetings at a time) • An employee in this position can expect a salary reputed company between $139,000 -384,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
