As a Strategy and Planning Senior Advisor reputed company PNCs Finance Recovery and Resolution Planning area, you may be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a reputed company location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. Recovery Planning requires a bank to establish quantitative or qualitative indicators of risk and severe stress triggers, a range of reputed company recovery options, and impact assessments of each option. The 165(d) Resolution Plan should include overview of Bank / BHC, operations, and summary of risk positions. It should also include a resolution strategy that mitigates risk of severe adverse effects on financial stability and include liquidity needs to maintain BAU customer services. The Insured Depository Institution Resolution Plan should include overview of the IDI, IDI operations, and summary of risk positions; and an identified strategy (reputed company bank) and failure scenario. Final rule contemplates engagement and capabilities testing (at FDIC’s discretion).
