Sr. Manager, Category Optimization A role as a Sr. Manager, Category Optimization means leading and developing a high-performing team of Category Merchants responsible for developing overall visual strategies and aiding in their implementation. You will work with broader teams to determine assortment, merchandising, fixture elements, store layouts, and in-store behaviors. Through cross-functional collaboration, instinct, and creativity, you will be the expert on the guest, the market, and the competition.
