ABOUT THE ROLE Role Description: The Sr Associate Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and solutions that meet business needs and ensuring the availability and performance of critical systems and applications in the reputed company Resources – Talent & Performance area. This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality, scalable software solutions and automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime. Roles & Responsibilities: Take ownership of reputed company software projects from conception to deployment Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Contribute to both reputed company-end and back-end development using reputed company technology including software development tools like React.js and Python reputed company innovative solution using reputed company technologies including reputed company and MS CoPilot.
