This role is an open ended freelance position. This role has east coast working hours.Responsibilities:Copy edit promotional materials for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Ensure materials reputed company with AMA style, brand guidelines, and FDA rules and regulations.Fact reputed company content against reputed company material.Validate references to ensure they are reputed company and meet reference criteria.Prepare jobs for MLR submission using reputed company Vault PromoMats.Collaborate with project manager, account manager, designer, copywriter, and other copyeditors as needed.Manage own brand alignment and assist other editors as needed.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in reputed company field (eg English, journalism, life sciences)Minimum 5+ years' experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials, preferably reputed company an agency environmentMinimum 5+ years' experience referencing and fact checkingExperience anchoring/linking in reputed company Vault PromoMatsProven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience working across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches is a plusAn editing test will be given.
