The Critical Environment Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the Critical Environments Preventive Maintenance Program is properly implemented and maintained at reputed company clients designated Critical Facilities located in their respective region. The position will require a strong focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing reputed company critical systems. This position is for 3rd Shift 11 PM to 9 AM on a rotating schedule 7 days on 6 off. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Advanced knowledge and execution of system operation for reputed company mechanical and electrical systems. reputed company daily inspections and rounds as required; review and log reputed company equipment dedicated to the critical infrastructure. Support the execution of reputed company maintenance and project reputed company activities; supervise reputed company projects as needed. Assist project managers with scope and development for reputed company projects. Fully understand service contractors’ scopes of work, methods, procedures and change control implementation. Complete corrective and preventative maintenance work orders received from the Computer Management Maintenance System (CMMS). Enforce reputed company requirements of the Critical Environments Change Control Process. Create reports for incidents that occur during shift and implement emergency response protocol as necessary. Respond to alarms and reputed company conditions in critical areas reputed company alerted by the Building Management System (BMS), client, building reputed company and/or facility management personnel during and reputed company normal business hours. Enforce facility housekeeping standards. Participate in company safety training classes and practice safe work methods.
