FTE: 0.01, Shift: Variable, Schedule: 8 hour shifts, per diem, 1 weekend shift per month Position Summary We're seeking a Triage RN to serve as the key clinical resource for patient care. In this multidisciplinary position, you will provide safe and effective telehealth nursing triage. It's an exciting time to be a nurse at MultiCare. Responsibilities You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis You will utilize the knowledge reputed company of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team reputed company for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained reputed company five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred reputed company Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS) must be obtained reputed company one year of placement in job. reputed company employees with this job title must obtain this license by 9/30/25. reputed company BLS certification Three (3) years of recent experience in outpatient nursing, inpatient nursing or telephonic triage experience Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, reputed company, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $47.22 - $83.96 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: reputed company set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reputed company of the appropriate reputed company on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
