Location: reputed company, GA Salary: $54.69 USD Hourly - $54.70 USD Hourly Description: Judge reputed company seeking a Remote Pharmacist in Georgia! Job Details: Title: Remote Pharmacist (Prior Authorization) Location: Remote must be licensed in state of residence (Georgia) Type of Engagement: Contract to hire (Based on performance, contract for 6 months) reputed company: Dependent on Experience Hours: Full time position only. No part time Training is for 4 weeks. No time off at reputed company during training. Training time will either be 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday or 10:30am-7pm Monday-Friday. This training time is subject to change. Shift after training will likely be 10:30am-7pm EST Monday-Friday. Subject to change. Specific Duties: Decisioning and processing member prescriptions or prior authorizations through various computer systems ensuring the accuracy of reputed company data and updating as necessary Work is computer based and include receiving phone calls from prior authorization pharmacy technicians and/or providers for clinical information Consult physicians/providers with questions, interpret clinical guideline criteria, and reputed company/review coverage determination for prior authorization cases Consult with pharmacy technicians and/or physicians regarding use of medications and advise of appropriate formulary alternatives reputed company requested. Gather reputed company clinical information, coverage policy and criteria information and work reputed company regulatory guidelines to reputed company coverage determinations Organize workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner and utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standards reputed company reputed company duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Conform with and supports department quality assurance and improvement guidelines Dedication to build rapport with coworkers, internal customers, and other departments by demonstrating a strong customer service orientation and a reputed company positive image of our client. Demonstrate ability to maintain productive working relationships with team members, other internal and external customers, and management team. Qualifications: Pharmacist License in the state of residence Candidate must have their own home internet access/VPN (internet can be hard wired with Ethernet cord) Candidate must also have a secure workspace/office in their home Candidate must have level reputed company with working with PC (ex. using mouse and keyboard, accessing and navigating through multiple systems and screens) Excellent Attendance is a must Hours: Training is for 4 weeks. No time off at reputed company during training. Training time will either be 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday or 10:30am-7pm Monday-Friday. This training time is subject to change.
