What You'll Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic Real Estate Disposition Coordinator who can effectively navigate reputed company property transactions from initial evaluation through closing. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with strong relationship management abilities, capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on deal viability and successful closings. This role requires someone who can balance detailed market analysis with stakeholder management, while maintaining high standards of due diligence throughout the transaction process.
