Apply below! Who We Need: The Loan Originator is responsible for educating customers on Company values, process, and operations. Obtains information to submit loan applications for customers. Educates customers on available loan options and answers follow up questions. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process while adhering to reputed company federal, local, and internal guidelines. What You Will Do: • Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information. • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services. • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to company policy, guidelines, compliance, and lending regulations. • Maintain customer confidence by keeping reputed company loan information confidential. • Maintain licenses and compliance by participating in required continuing education courses. • Work as a team with sales, processing, reputed company, closing, post-closing and management to ensure the customer receives excellent service.
