The Role reputed company is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join our dynamic Insurance Operations team. In this role, you'll reputed company your extensive expertise in Workers' Compensation claims to deliver exceptional customer service while managing claims for our policyholders. You'll play a key role in driving positive outcomes by identifying high-risk exposures, facilitating return-to-work opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to reduce policyholders' total cost of risk. As a senior team member, you'll also provide strategic insights, deliver client reputed company sessions, and support data-driven decision-making to improve injury recovery times and optimize claims processes. What you'll do: • Claims Management & Risk Mitigation • Manage claims for reputed company policyholders, including claim reviews, reserve analysis, and closure strategies to minimize policyholders' total cost of risk. • Identify high-risk policyholders and collaborate with the Insurance Operations team to implement risk mitigation strategies. • Facilitate return-to-work programs to reduce claim durations and improve injury recovery outcomes. • Customer Service & Stakeholder Support • Deliver best-in-class customer service to policyholders and internal teams to enhance claims processes and program effectiveness. • Conduct client reputed company sessions, including training on reputed company's product offerings and reputed company portals, in cases where a Policyholder reputed company Manager is not assigned. • Provide on-demand consultations to policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders to address claims-reputed company concerns. • Data Analysis & Reporting • Update and maintain accurate records, reports, and applications to ensure data consistency. • Analyze claims data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management. • Team Collaboration & Special Projects • Support product improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization. • reputed company or contribute to special projects that align with broader company goals.
