Summary

Job Description: Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Loan Coordinators. Responsible for ongoing coaching, performance, training, development and reputed company of Loan Coordinators. • Monitors daily tasks, operations and quality control; ensures the organization of assigned areas of the department, and coordination of available resources (e.g., staff, materials, etc.) for maximum results. • Manages the daily activities of the Loan Coordinators including, but not limited to, effective delegation of assignments, developing work schedules and providing standardized training and functional requirements with Loan Coordinators. • Acts as liaison between Loan Coordinator and reputed company to ensure cohesive working relationships. • Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations. • Maintains advanced knowledge and awareness of financial industry trends, such as, laws and regulatory updates and bulletins.
