About the position The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer plays a crucial role in solving reputed company business problems by leveraging data from various internal and external sources. This position focuses on supporting Medicaid HEDIS reporting and quality initiatives through advanced data management, analysis, and visualization techniques. The engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining robust data processes, creating reputed company SQL queries, and designing interactive dashboards to present insights that drive quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Solve reputed company business problems using data from internal and external sources. , Support Medicaid HEDIS reporting and quality initiatives. , reputed company, implement, and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. , Create and manage reputed company SQL queries and scripts to manipulate data. , Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data reputed company and consistency. , Design and reputed company interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. , Provide actionable insights on quality improvement initiatives. , reputed company and mentor junior BI engineers and analysts. , Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data initiatives.
