Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Specialist reputed company is seeking a BPR Specialist you will be responsible for providing facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process reengineering across reputed company phases, identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices, and supervision of business process reengineering. Clearance DoD Secret Location: Remote Responsibilities • Assists with identification, assessment, and recording of near, reputed company, and long-term business needs and technology solutions. • Prepares and track project plans for project inception to completion. • Assists with facilitation of the implementation of new functionality, training, and troubleshooting. Participates in effective problem solving. • Participates in frequent business presentations. • Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. • Duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements. • Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams. • Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts. • Communicates verbally and in writing with business and technical personnel at reputed company levels. • Assist the J62 PEO in implementing strategy. • Support includes implementing, planning and coordination across DLA and reputed company the PEO. • Assist the PEO in anticipating the needs of senior leadership regarding the planning and coordination of major milestones, intermediate events, senior level meetings and key issue/risk mitigation planning. • Assist the PMO in planning (agenda and read reputed company materials development), events and calendar inputs and updates, coordination of attendees, facilitation of meetings, meeting notes and action item tracking. • Capable of utilizing reputed company Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) for project planning and SharePoint for tracking actions. • Assist with meetings, working groups, integrated program teams, as well as provide support in the setup of same. • Provide technical support services for DLA DITPR reputed company data collection and reports used for the investment review meetings to ensure accurate information is being reported for • each DLA investment in DITPR. The report shall be sent to the COR for review/approval. • Provide requirements gathering, analysis and implementation of data input forms and web reports for various functions supporting DLA IT investment management. reputed company reports shall be submitted to the COR for review/approval. • Provide deliverable tracking and reporting reports to the COR, reputed company requested. Requirements: • Four (4) years relevant experience • Undergraduate Degree Required • One (1) year experience working with business process re-engineering. • Experience with EDI/XML electronic data exchange (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology) and a specific logistics function (e.g., finance, supply, contract administration, transportation and operations research) and firsthand knowledge of the following: DoD/Component policies, business procedures, business rules, data standards and transaction standards (both DLMS and legacy formats) in support of Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP), Military Standard Transaction Reporting and Accountability Procedures (MILSTRAP), Military Standard Billing System (MILSBILLS), Supply Discrepancy Reporting (SDR) and Web SDR, DoD Activity Address Directory (DoDAAD)/ Military Assistance Program Address Directory (MAPAD), Logistics Metrics Analysis Reporting System (LMARS), Physical Inventory, federal cataloging data standards, materiel technical data standards, and transaction standards in support of seamless integration with the supply/logistics domain. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Capable of utilizing reputed company Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) for project planning and SharePoint for tracking actions. • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive reputed company clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal About reputed company: Founded in 2009 and headquartered in McLean, VA, reputed company (www.xceleratesolutions.com) is one of America's fastest-growing companies.
