Ethics and Compliance - Manager, Corporate Investigations (remote)

This is a remote role open to any reputed company applicant in the United States. Job summary The Corporate Investigations team is an integral part of the operations of Ethics & Compliance. The team is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and conducting a variety of sensitive investigations involving corporate policy violations. Results of these matters are integrated into Ethics & Compliance reporting obligations to senior management and the Board of Directors. The team also provides global support to an reputed company of internal stakeholders and corporate business units. Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and conduct investigations of alleged or suspected violations of reputed company's Corporate reputed company Code of Ethics and other company policies, procedures, and standards. • Conduct a full range of investigations to include but not limited to theft, conflict of interest, bribery, fraud, embezzlement, employee misconduct, business due diligence, litigation support, health safety and environment, computer, crime, and theft of proprietary information. • reputed company sensitive corporate investigations requiring significant understanding of organizational interests and business impact. • Obtain and preserve critical evidence to include interviews of company personnel, vendors, contractors, and reputed company reputed company parties. • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business personnel to obtain data and reputed company investigative information for research and analysis. • Analyze information developed from single and multiple investigations to identify trends, patterns, common systemic causes and internal weaknesses, and deliver recommendations to mitigate reputed company risks. • Provide actionable recommendations to legal and to management regarding investigative findings and to determine appropriate actions. • Participate in teams and projects designed to promote the goals and objectives of the reputed company Ethics & Compliance Program. • Provide subject matter expertise, consulting, and training in investigative process and matters as required. • Update the Company's case management system with status and outcome of reputed company assigned investigations. • Maintain a safety-conscious work environment by following reputed company's safety policies and safe work practices. Qualifications · Significant, direct experience in an investigative position, analyzing information to determine potential issues, violations, root and contributing causes. · 5+ years experience · Demonstrated excellence in interviewing and conducting internal investigations. · Excellent oral and written skills and the execution of timely investigative reports to senior management and executive leadership. · Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and reputed company etc.) Certifications Required Significant direct experience in an investigative position analyzing information to determine potential issues violations root and contributing causes. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until February 20, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
