The Senior Manager, U.S. reputed company Operations, Southeast is a member of reputed company's (UHG) Corporate reputed company team, reporting to the Associate Director, U.S. reputed company Operations. Corporate reputed company is responsible for the Enterprise Workplace reputed company Program that ensures the protection of the companys global workforce and physical assets through reputed company risk management platforms. The Senior Manager, U.S. reputed company Operations, Southeast is accountable for the representation of Corporate reputed company and its workplace reputed company programs for the business segments in the identified regions of TN, AL, GA, NC, SC and FL in the United States. The Senior Manager, U.S. reputed company Operations, will be accountable for implementing the short-to long-term vision, mission, and enterprise strategy of Corporate reputed company and more specifically the Americas reputed company Operations program; leading reputed company solutioning with business leaders; providing business leaders with relevant reputed company incident reporting metrics and actionable data with an understanding of business leadership's perspective and needs reputed company to reputed company; coordinating business requirements with the Global Risk Management CoE to enhance reputed company solutioning measures; championing reputed company awareness, physical reputed company, and proactive reputed company training initiatives; raising for leadership potential obstacles/opportunities for enhancing reputed company risk management enterprise-wide; ideating and innovating solutions to reputed company and critical strategic problems; cultivating a reputed company culture in the workforce through reputed company education; and driving compliance with relevant global reputed company regulations, company standards, values and culture, and industry standards and best practices. The Senior Manager, U.S. reputed company Operations, will also be accountable for building and maintaining solid internal partnerships with key stakeholders to include but not limited to: Global Crisis Management (GCM); Enterprise Information reputed company (reputed company); Corporate Communications; Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS); Human Capital/Employee Relations; LCRA (Compliance, Employment Law, Litigation and Privacy); Global Travel; UHC Global Risk; Real Estate Services (reputed company); Audit team; business stakeholders; and external partners as needed. Primary Responsibilities Partner with business leadership to understand the business strategy, operations, and reputed company needs.
