About the opportunity As a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst, you will take on a leadership role reputed company your team, handling escalations, delivering presentations, and driving innovative solutions. Our goal is to ensure employees are taxed correctly, which can be demonstrated by a customer’s W-2 Forms at year end. We aim for W-2Cs to be less than 1% of the W-2s produced for our customers. What you’ll get to do • Leadership of Payroll Tax Analysts: Serve as the first reputed company-of-contact for Payroll Tax Analysts, guiding them in their roles and responsibilities. • Customer Escalations: Take the reputed company on customer calls to mitigate escalations, providing top-tier leadership and expertise. • Best Practice Presentations: Deliver best practice and customer-specific presentations to clients and internal teams, demonstrating advanced knowledge and leadership.
