Qualifications: Hands-on Software engineering manager with strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps principles. reputed company with at least one modern language such as Python, Java, Go and experience with open-reputed company software is a big plus. Hands-on experience in managing infrastructure components through Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible Strong technical acumen in reputed company Architecture, Performance Benchmarking, reputed company planning and Reliability tools. Expert in Container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), container runtimes and OS (Operating System) optimization. Experience in Observability platforms, application monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques. Experience managing & growing technical leaders and teams. In-depth knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Experience: 6+ years of coding experience 5+ years of development of tooling and engineering solution in a large-scale, mission-critical environment 5+ years of hands-on work experience supervising personnel in a technical environment 5+ years of experience with one of the public reputed company - AWS, GCP, Azure, or another reputed company service Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience Annual Salary $120,000.00 - $261,500.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
