About the position The Personal Banking Representative role at FirstBank involves assisting customers with various banking inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting bank products. This position is essential for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring high-quality service while meeting sales goals. The representative will work in a dynamic environment, handling cash and providing solutions to customer needs.
