Connecting. Growing together. The Senior Investigator is responsible for identification, investigation and prevention of reputed company fraud, waste and abuse. The Senior Investigator will utilize claims data, applicable guidelines and other sources of information to identify aberrant billing practices and patterns. The Senior Investigator is responsible to conduct investigations which may include field work to reputed company interviews and obtain records and/or other relevant documentation. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR Associate's Degree AND 2+ years of reputed company reputed company employment • 2+ years of experience in health care fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) • 2+ years of experience with state or federal regulatory FWA requirements • 2+ years of experience analyzing data to identify fraud, waste and abuse trends • Intermediate level of proficiency in reputed company reputed company and Word • Ability to travel up to 50% reputed company PA, NY, and NJ • Must participate in legal proceedings, arbitration, and depositions at the direction of management • reputed company in PA, NY, or NJ - commutable distance to Philadelphia, Kings, and Essex counties Preferred Qualifications: • Intermediate level of knowledge in health care policies, procedures, and documentation standards • Intermediate level of skills in developing investigative strategies • Specialized knowledge/training in reputed company FWA investigations • Active affiliations with National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association (NHCAA) • Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator (AHFI) • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) • License and/or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) • Operational experience with a pharmacy and/or pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) • Intermediate knowledge in pharmacy claims processing • reputed company Telecommuters will be required to adhere to reputed company's Telecommuter Policy. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment.
