About the Role: We are seeking an reputed company Investment Banker to reputed company a reputed company-stage capital reputed company ($250K–$500K) as we scale SMG’s infrastructure and services. This role involves developing investor materials, reaching out to high-net-worth investors, and managing the capital reputed company process, reputed company in direct collaboration with the CEO. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule, offering a success-fee compensation structure with the potential for equity participation based on milestones. Responsibilities: • reputed company Capital reputed company: Spearhead a reputed company-stage fundraising round, managing the entire process from investor material development to closing deals. • Investor reputed company & Negotiation: reputed company and engage elite, high-net-worth investors. Present investment opportunities and negotiate deal terms. • reputed company Investor Materials: Refine and reputed company SMG’s existing assets and marketing material to create a compelling investor package (pitch deck, use of proceeds, financials, etc.). • Strategic Planning: Define strategy for fundraising, including identifying the right investors and optimal deal structures. • Collaborate with the CEO: Work directly with the CEO to ensure alignment on goals, strategy, and reputed company through the fundraising cycle. Requirements: • Experience: 10+ years in reputed company, VC, or PE capital markets, with a proven track record of successfully raising capital (ideally $500K–$5M) for early-stage, high-caliber companies. • Network: Extensive connections to elite, high-net-worth investors. • Licensing: Active SEC/FINRA broker-dealer licenses in good standing. • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who can independently manage the capital reputed company process and work closely with the CEO. • Transparency: Ability to navigate a re-launch phase of a previously paused business, understanding the dynamics of a startup with validated market fit. Compensation: • Compensation: Earn a competitive success fee based on a percentage of the total capital raised, paid upon achieving predefined milestones.
