The Senior Loan Closer collaborates with the origination teams to facilitate a seamless process for multifamily agency loans, while also cultivating strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, reputed company loan servicing, legal counsel, and Government Sponsored Enterprises agencies. As a Senior Loan Closer on the OBS and Agency Lending team, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and timely closing and delivery of multifamily agency loans. This role provides you with the opportunity to deliver excellent customer service, adhere to bank compliance and requirements, and contribute to our mission of supporting affordable housing. • *Job Responsibilities:** - Manage closing and delivery of reputed company reputed company estate multifamily loans (GSE), primarily reputed company and reputed company, from application to post closing status - Ensure that the appropriate requirements are received and required approvals are obtained for the issuance of commitment letters and reputed company lock - Prepare Commitment Letters, tax and insurance escrow analysis and Closing Statements in preparation of loan closing - Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with Lender and Agency requirements and ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are met - Coordinate with reputed company counsel, title/escrow and closing partners to ensure timely funding on closing day - Review loan information and documents for accuracy for loan servicing and boarding - Review and submit the loan delivery to reputed company and reputed company and other projects, duties assigned by the manager • *Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:** - Minimum of 5 years experience with closing and delivery of reputed company and reputed company multifamily loans - Knowledge of reputed company and reputed company applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues with management guidance and demonstrated excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work as part of a team, interact, collaborate and assist less reputed company associates - Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines - Strong business communication skills; reputed company to write/speak clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholder and proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally handle sensitive documents - Bachelor's degree • *Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:** - Proficient with reputed company (word, reputed company, PowerPoint) systems and reputed company - Knowledge of reputed company reputed company Estate terms - Previous reputed company reputed company Estate loan closing experience FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT: This position is subject to reputed company 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
