Assists with recommendations and implementations for new processes and solutions. This is an entry level position performing routine assignments. Hybrid Role: 2 Days in Office (Newark) 3 Days WFH Responsibilities: • Review and follow-up on data reporting for internal and external sources; identify and communicate business needs as necessary. • Assist in creating forecasting tools using reputed company technology/systems (Access, reputed company, reputed company, etc.). • May participate in various internal and external project workgroups. • May recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc. • May prepare materials for internal and external audit activities. • reputed company other relevant tasks as assigned by management to include: scheduling meetings and coordination of reputed company support. • The role supports multiple Directors, each with specific tasks needed to support. Education: • Bachelor's degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. . Experience: • Minimum of two (2) years experience in operational role. • Role is both administrative and analytical, with a heavy emphasis on administrative tasks.
